This is our go to property & has always been excellent. When I checked in the room I booked wasn’t available as housekeeping was behind. I needed to be downtown for an engagement, the front desk lady was very accommodating & she actually upgraded my room to make one available so I could get ready & not be late. Nice hotel overall but the bathrooms are nuts. Huge space for a bathroom but the toilet is stuck so far in the corner you’re almost touching walls and the showers are just dumb. Stayed during CFR, so irregularly busy and two busses came and parked in the middle of the parking lot blocking all the other vehicles parked there…at 7:45am, so anyone looking to get to work or something was trapped

The rooms were nice; however, we did have a problem with the washroom, especially as a room with a child in it. Our room was a shower only with a door that didn't close all the way - had a very slippery floor with a disposable bath mat, impossible to control temperature/water pressure shower tap, and a door to the washroom that was a sliding barn door with no way to "lock" it or even close it properly! On the plus side, the beds were incredible, as were the pillows. Front desk staff were pleasant on check-in, but rather dismissive when we expressed our concerns about the shower issue. Overall, lovely hotel, it is apparently undergoing some renovations, so I would request specifically a washroom with the updated shower doors/shower taps and a closing bathroom door. The hotel was close to shopping, easily accessible, and reasonably priced with online deals.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Very clean property. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend is their new breakfast to order. We paid almost $25/person (no kids rate) while there for a hockey tournament and it was very underwhelming so I wouldn’t recommend that but everything else was great.

What could have been a very pleasant stay was marred by unsupervised screaming children in all facilities and staff that were unwilling to handle the situation and enforce their own facility's rules, leading to unnecessaryconfrontation with inebriated parents about whether or not their kids should be able to play ball hockey in the fitness center and fire balls at my wife's head. The room had barely enough supplies for one person, despite booking for three. Conveniently located near the highway, but next time I'll be staying elsewhere.
