The property was excellent, staff were great, they couldn’t find my reservation thru you guys but had room and checked me in, wouldn’t have been very happy if they were full. So not sure it was on your end or theirs but happy it worked out and hope that doesn’t happen again as I got more rooms booked with you at the end of the month

The Hotel is beautiful and well decorated but some of the staff are rude or have an attitude. The water from the shower water smelled like rotting eggs so I suggest letting it run for a bit before hopping in. The cleanliness wasn’t the best either every pillow had hairs or stains, the table in the room was dirty and had food stains and crumbs on it as well. Our towels were dirty too. Overall I wouldn’t recommend coming here and I for sure will not be coming back.
