Upon our late check-in 10:30 pm we discovered the smoke detector chirping in our room (every 38 seconds) assuming no night maintenance staff would be present we tried to sleep through it. The following morning I contacted front desk and was assured by the apologetic staff member that it would be taken care of right away. We left for the day to go snowmobiling. Returning late, tired and very much looking forward to relaxing we discovered that the smoke detector was still chirping. We attempted to remove the battery but it still continued. Upon checkout the following morning I expressed my displeasure about the situation to the staff member at the front desk, she was apologetic but said that I would have to speak to the director about the issue when they return Monday. ( I was understanding of this, and polite about it as I am very much aware it was not her fault, nor would she have even known about the issue) I waited until Monday, made several calls to the hotel without answer. Tuesday I managed to reach someone, my name and number was taken down by another sincere and apologetic staff member and was assured that I would be contacted by the director. Since making contact two business days have passed without a call back. It saddens me to leave a bad review as a business owner myself. I realize they can be damaging and hard to recover from, reputation is very important. I feel I have given them an adequate opportunity to contact me and make things right.

The one place to stay in Edmundston!

The check in process was absolutely amazing and fast! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and mini fridge. What else could you ask for? I mean It’s got a pool and a jacuzzi and you can try your luck the casino without having to step outside during bad weather. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, I travel a lot to Edmundston for work and will definitely be back in the future.

Great hotel with everything you need right there. My kids loved the two bedroom suite - especially the room with two twin beds. The pool and spa are great and the basement games room was a big hit!! The breakfast buffet had everything we wanted. We will stay again for sure!
