Warm welcome at the front desk. I mentioned we were going out for dinner. He gave me a sheet with names and addresses of restaurants and explained that at our hotel the bar had pizza. Our room is clean and has everything we need.

Check-in was quick and the staff very courteous. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was very good - hot and plentiful. We appreciated the provision of car chargers for our plug-in hybrid car.

Room great size but noisy, full of hockey teams. Kids runny up and down the halls. I have 3 kids myself so we are used to noise but this was extreamly noisy. The pool had no clean towels, beer cans were left everywhere inside pool area. Wet, dirty towels all over. The water slide wasn’t working and that’s what my kids were looking forward to the most. This is our usual stop 2-4 x per year when we travel from QC but maybe will consider trying another spot next time.

Although a little mix up at check-in the hotel was great. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was better than expected. The hotel is close to the highway so access is simple. I recommend this hotel.

The room was in good condition, the staff were very helpful. My comment is that the bed was not comfortable. It was not firm, it was like sleeping in a hammock. I was not happy with the bed, and would not want a room with a bed of this age and use.
