Misersble stay

The hotel had no running water. Couldnt shower after bring in the car driving for 11hrs. Couldnt brush our teeth. Couldnt make a cup of coffee but after closer inspection, the coffee maker, where you would put water, of there was any, was filthy. The woman at the front desk, ehen we checked seemed angry. The eggs were not real eggs. They were like like pieces of sponge, didnt even look like eggs. Will never stay at this hotrl again. Used to stay there years ago when passing through but their standards are not near what they used to be.

Loved the first floor drive up, spacious room with a delicious warm breakfast in the morning. My only negative was that we had done pre check in on line, arrived late in the evening tired and waited behind 4 other people who had not. Was at least 30 min wait getting our room at 10:30pm with only one employee working the desk.

Upon arrival we were told that there were water problems and, sure enough, we had no water a short time later when we were taking showers. It came back a short rime later but was very weak. There was a stain on the sheets of one bed, the exhaust fan in the bathroom failed while in use and the parking lot needs serious attention. We've stayed here many times before but will be looking for another hotel in the area for our next stay in Edmundston. Let's see how breakfast is in the morning.

Horrible experience

No elevator so had to drag heavy bag up long flight of steps. I am elderly with bad knees so this was not easy for me. Room was as cold as a meat locker, looked tired but clean. At 3:00 in the morning, the heater started making such a racket you you couldn’t hear yourself think. I complained to front desk and asked for a new room. New room looked nice. However, 2 minutes into my morning shower, the water cut off and didn’t come back on for 15 minutes. Then, the exact same thing happened to my husband. As soon as he got lathered up in the shower, the water cut off again and he was left in a soapy mess just like I had been 20 minutes earlier. What a dump this place is. I would never stay here again.

Had to change up my reg hôtel stop in Edmunston. But now have found a new stop for me and my fur babies to enjoy. Katrina, desk clerk was very welcoming and also showed me how friendly this hôtel is to dogs. Lots of Space for dogs to walk on property, due to maintenance on my vehicle, had to stay extra night. And latrina happily helped and made the extra stay easier and have me locations to take my dogs. Sorry the stay, making it my new stop through spot.

A usb plug-in for cellphone would be nice in the room. Also, when I first turned on the tap at the bathroom sink, dirty water flowed out. I am guessing that somebody had been working on the plumbing prior to my arrival. The water ran clear after a few seconds, but I was concerned about whether the tap water may have been contaminated, so I bought bottled water to drink and brush my teeth with, during my stay.

Ran out of water during a shower, all water was gone today for about 15 minutes! Thursday stay and today, our arms and clothing stuck to the chairs from collected dirt. Beds and rest of room was very clean. Gym doesnt open until 8, kind of pointless when most people want to workout and be gone early. Brrakfast and staff were very good and kind.
