Stornierung während der Anreise

Wir haben auf dem Weg zum Urlaub die Stornierung für den gleichen Tag erhalten. Der Aufenthalt war bereits schriftlich bestätigt,Wir hatten sogar schon den Code für die Tür erhalten, es war also alles fix, und wir im Auto..Begründung war ein Satz: doppelt gebucht über eine andere Plattform- fassungslos, dass dies über so ein "seriöses" Portal passiert
