Welcome to this nice house in a fantastic location with its own lake plot by Lake Solgen. You have your own plot with a large lawn that goes all the way down to the lake where you swim from your own jetty, here are all the possibilities for a wonderful and relaxing holiday The house feels welcoming with the open and spacious surfaces with lots of light, the open floor plan between the kitchen and living room but privacy to the two bedrooms. From the kitchen island as parts of the kitchen and living room, you can cook your food and still have contact with the others in the room. Here is a large kitchen table with space for everyone, a cozy sofa to curl up in when you want to watch TV, which is integrated in the kitchen island or sit and watch the crackling wood stove, or the wonderful view down to the lake. Outside the living room, there are glass doors to the glazed conservatory from which you sit and enjoy the nice view with the sun that is there all day until sunset in the evening. From the glazed terrace there is an open terrace where you can lie and sunbathe in the sun loungers. Next to the house is a guest cottage with two beds and space for an extra bed, here is also a small sink with running water and a small refrigerator. Around almost the whole house runs an open terrace, a house if you are e.g. two families or for teenage children who want something of their own. At the pier there is a boat that you can row out with and fish (the guest brings their own fishing rods) fishing license is included in the rent and is in the house, fishing water that is included to fish on is out to half the lake and as far as you see. There is a lot of fish in the lake both pikeperch, perch and pike. There is also a cottage next door but which is not included but which is the owner's private. If you, against all odds, want to leave this beautiful place, you should go to Eksjö, the city that is known for its beautiful old wooden houses. In the vicinity of the house is the Nature Reserve skurugata, a walk through the natural phenomenon fault fault which is described as southern Sweden's most peculiar natural phenomenon and has a magnificent nature experience. From the house it is very close to Astrid Lindgren's world about 70 km and along the way there are also Emil Katthult and Bullerbyn and the new film village in Mariannelund Garbage is thrown in the barrel up by the road A warm welcome to this gem with optimal opportunities for an enjoyable holiday
