Det är första gången som jag har bott på ett hotell där man inte får öppna fönstret, ”det var en tropisk natt under boendet”för att det var så ruttet att det är risk att det ramlar ner på gatan.Rummet var trångt och väggarna svartmålade med endast en tavla på väggarna,men sängen var mjuk och skön.Det fanns ingen apelsinjuice till frukosten,vilket jag aldrig har upplevt i mitt liv under alla 100 tas hotellnätter som jag har upplevt,jag antar att det är en besparing pga prishöjningen av apelsinjuicen.Dessutom var frukostandelningen mycket bullrig och underdimensionerad med avseende på antalet gäster,svårt att hitta ett bord. För övrigt trevlig personal och suveränt läge på hotellet

Nice hotel in historic Eksjö

Very nice older hotel in the centre of historic Eksjö. We booked for three adults in one room and got an extra bed that was too hard to sleep on. Unless you like very hard beds, we advice you to check and ask for extra mattress to the extra bed. Besides that, we had a very good stay!

Centralt vid torget och lätt att parkera

I förhållande till priset: Rummets planering inte den bästa. Utspridda sittplatser och inget litet soffbord trots att plats egentligen finns. Ingen avställningsyta i badrummet - behöver fixas till. Noterade att utrymningsplan inte hunnit sättas upp på dörrens insida som brukligt. Rummet mörkt pga av ena fönstret igensatt - tillfälligt pga renovering? Personalen var dock trevlig och tillmötesgående. Frukosten helt OK.

Vi påtalade att fläkten på rummet inte fungerade ordentligt, och önskade få den utbytt. Fanns inga reserver tydligen, helt ok, men en vaktmästare skulle laga den under dagen. Det var inte gjort, och heller inget meddelande eller liknande. Det hela kändes väldigt slött och ointresserat. Helt ok vistelse, men kommer nog inte aktivt söka mig dit igen.

Vi såg fram emot en trevlig övernattning med bokat bord i hotellets restaurang. Hotelrummet och frukostmatsalen trevliga men servicen i kvällsrestaurangen på kvällen var inte vad vi förväntade oss. Vi reserverade bord minst en månad innan som var registrerad men inget bord fanns för oss två personer reserverat utan erbjöds enstaka bord vid baren som fanns över och inte där alla satt på glasverandan. Detta gjorde vårt besök till mindre lyckad och vi är fundersamma över hur hotellets restaurang planerar för sina gäster. Bättring behövs!

Terrible, the straff in the reception was absolutley not service minded, she was not interested of us as guests at the Hotel. Didn’t inform us at all, just wanted us to pay. I had requested a quiet room, it was NOT! Near to roads with traffic, a firestation and a LOT of noise. The room i booked should have dubbelbed, this room was small and the bed was just 140 centimeters wide. When I asked about it she was ignoring and not helpful at all. Blamed all on the site Expedia wich site I didn’t book on! When I said that the price was high for that kind of room and comfort, , she just lagughed and said, that’s the price! We don’t recommend anyone to book or stay at this hotel, at all!

Bra men lite negativt

Deluxe-rum, nytt, rymligt och rent, sköna sängar, bra frukost. Negativt: litet kylskåp och sittgrupp för 2 saknades och åtgärdades inte under vårt besök. Vi bokade detta rum för sittgruppen så vi inte skulle behöva sitta i sängarna. Ingen erbjöd någon typ av ersättning
