Beware as the deposit is $200 - $250 a night, which is questionable as this property is very old and it is not prominently posted in the fees. The room was nice, however, there were no shower amenities as there are in new hotels. Asked for more towels at check in and when they did not arrive after a couple of hours, I called multiple times to the front desk with no answer. When the front desk finally answered, they still never delivered. Never received the bottle of wine as stated in the reservation. In the morning I called to ask for a later check out and was only offered 30 mins extra.

Our room was not dirty at all but had a worn feeling. Just a handful of things but noticeable. Eg the shower door made a lot of noise when opening and closing, the towels were a little thin and the toilet flush lever had the end broken off and the room keys wouldn’t open the exterior access gates to the pool area. Not the end of the world but not the best either.
