The staff wasnt the friendliest. The room they gave us had a broken door and the key wouldnt work. instead of giving me a new room they personally went to open the door and let it be.

Ok value, could be better.

Room was dusty, like they had left the door open and with windy conditions the room had dust, internet did not work most of the time, desk chair was broken, only one soap bar. Breakfast was very basic but ok (eggs, sausage, bread, waffles, fruit, yogurt. Manager was very helpful in getting me more soap, a new chair, but could not do anything about the internet. Pool was nice. Hotel is nicely located, close to airport and large shopping area across the highway. With good internet, I would say good value, but without internet, value goes down a few points.

Suites are not clean properly there’s big cockroaches bathrooms are moldy the suite was very dusty and dirty it even had trash from previous guest . We feel unsafe because the door didn’t close properly somebody could easily open it from the outside.. The only good thing is that the hotel provided us with transportation and personal was nice and polite
