Spacious home featuring two Queen-size beds, one double bed, and two single beds, with an additional sofa bed that can be used as a double bed! Everything you could wish for in a property with the best view of the beautiful mountains and the iconic Peñol Rock, one of the most visited attractions in Antioquia. The amenities speak for themselves in a central & easily accessible location, reachable by car, and just a two-block walk to the nearby marina so you can rent my Jetski & boat!

A perfect spot to enjoy local restaurants and all water attractions like boats, jet skis, wakeboarding, and more.

The beds are truly comfortable for a peaceful night's rest. Two televisions, one in the master bedroom and another in the living room. Two covered parking spaces. The house is situated in an excellent, safe, and quiet location. A decor that will make you feel the warmth of home. Washer, dryer, and all kitchen appliances, including stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, pots, utensils, dishwasher, etc. Beautiful outdoor lounge area with a view of the aforementioned rock.
