It should be noted that the lower part offers more privacy.From the lower part we can directly access both the garden and the pool and barbecue. A space designed to offer maximum comfort and enjoyment, as it has a relaxation area and outdoor dining, ideal for enjoying the hottest days.There is air conditioning in the living room and upstairs hallway, as well as fans in three of the bedrooms.This house is located just a few minutes walk from both the maritime reserve of Masia Blanca and the stores and restaurants located on the promenade of Coma-Ruga, as well as enjoying tranquility and privacy throughout the year.Come to know this wonderful and unique accommodation and spend an unforgettable vacation!
