This place is definitely not worth th $50. We had to get a different room due to it being dirty and dead bugs. The new room was a notch higher but the toilet was dirty. We had to clean it before use. The front desk lady said their house keeper was sick and in the hospital. Never again would I stay here!!!
I left, waiting to see if I will get a refund. Called mgr today several times with no response⊠went across the street to Red Roof Inn⊠most horrible place Iâve ever seen
This is the worst motel I have every stayed in. It is the definition of a roach motel. Bugs crawling everywhere when you turn on the lights. I should have taken pictures. Very low standard place.
Linen and bed covers did look clean and old.
The fact that hotels.com associates with this hotel makes me leery to book through them again. This âmotelâ is more of a âbook by the hour â facility. Itâs filthy, not maintained, burn holes in bedding, the linen werenât changed and it smelled atrocious. The door didnât even lock ! A homeless shelter would be a better facility than this, and Iâm not exaggerating.
EXPEDIA , PLEASE take this location off your site. I have NEVER left a hotel/motel but I did THIS ONE, COCKROACHES were SO BAD. On Floors,Walls and Bed. It Was AWFUL Take it off your list
Absolutely disappointed. Came to town for the Notre dame game and was left with a huge shocker. The windows to the rooms were mostly broken. I think only 3-4 were in good shape. As soon as you step in the room all you can smell is someoneâs urine. No towels but hey the last guest left a t shirt for you. Two queen beds instead of the king bed, not a deal breaker but the fact they werenât made and pillows everywhere and one set of sheets is. I did not stay one minute in the hotel. Checked out immediately to see a sign on the window that absolutely no refunds. So I donât see them fixing the issue anytime soon.
We made a last-minute booking due to travel plans and when we arrived after midnight due to a late football game, the office was closed and there was no way to check in to get a key and get my room that I had paid for.
Turn around. Go somewhere else. Run.
Terrible smell. Bugs. Stains. Burns. Felt like a construction zone of a condemned property.
They should have paid me to stay there. And, if so, they couldnât have paid me enough.
Expedia booking was not registered with the hotel. Once a room was available, it was dirty disgusting, and was unable to stay in that room due to the conditions.
I canât believe Expedia even associates with This deplorable, filthy, run down place. The stench in the rooms and burn holes in the unchanged bedding explains why check in was at 9am. My guess is the rooms are usually rented for an hour at a time. Homeless shelters have better conditions.
I never stayed at the hotel. I attempted to cancel kess than an hour throughout the day of check in. Even after calling the hotel ans speaking to several hotel.com customer service reps I had no success. Hotel.com continued to state they couldn't help because they were having trouble reaching the property. After many attempts if reaching out to the property, the phone number given was incorrect, I finally got in touch with an employee. The property stated no one from hotel.com reached out to them and they unsure how to reimburse me. No one ever contacted me and my financial institution told me to dispute the transaction.
