We enjoyed our weekend getaway at Roost on the Ridge. This charming cabin is cozy, but has lots to offer. We took advantage of the view, hot tub, and pool table as it rained every day during our stay. Coosawattee amenities are a fun addition and we enjoyed the guest passes. We did have a few maintenance issues, but were assisted promptly. I was a bit paranoid of extra charges, but it worked out fine. All-in-all, an enjoyable time in the GA Mountains.
The cabin was great. We spent our 50th wedding anniversary here and spent the most relaxing 8 days. Loved the deer that didnât miss breakfast or dinner. Make sure you pick up a bag of corn at the Tractor Supply.
We had a few maintenance items come up but the communication was great. Make sure you bring what you need cooking wise such as spices, foils, storage bags etc.
We wonât hesitate to rent again.
From the time we reached the property we were thrilled to see this quaint cabin.
Everything was in tip top cleanliness and welcoming.
Beds were comfy and I loved the added touch of the info available about the area. I even loved the guest book.
If you come, bring deer corn. You can toss deer corn to the deer in the back yard from the back porch. I counted 14 one morning. So much fun and very peaceful
