This luxury villa is Ellmau's true gem! It's equipped with all the luxury and comfort you could wish for, and it offers some stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser mountain.Your villa enjoys a central location in Ellmau. The attractive town centre with its many nice restaurants is only a short walk away. The nearest ski lift is less than 1 km from your accommodation. Some other lovely villages in the valley, such as Kitzbühel, Scheffau and Söll, are also within easy reach.You'll be staying in the left-hand part of this villa. The accommodation consists of three floors. It features a high-quality interior throughout and is equipped with all the luxury you may need. There's a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sauna and the Jacuzzi on the roof-top terrace on the second floor make this villa truly unique and the views from here are breathtaking! Ellmau is a great place for winter sports; with the ski lift you have access to the largest continuous skiing ate of Tyrol and in the pleasant village centre you can enjoy an apres ski. The lit toboggan run, which can also be used in the evening, is highly recommended! After skiing, or as a day trip in between, we recommend the Kaiserbad, a large indoor swimming pool with wellness facilities and outdoor pool. The surroundings are of course also very nice for a wonderful stay during the summer. The mountainous hiking and cycling paradise of the Wilder Kaiser offers many beautiful trails. Ellmau also is a very child-friendly destination; during the summer you can also take a trip to Ellmi's Magical World. This is a children's amusement park of over 4,000 m2 on the Hartkaiser. Golf enthusiasts can choose from two golf courses, also referred to as "Des Kaisers schönster Garten" (the emperor's most beautiful garden).
