They where in the middle of renovating the stairs where broken pieces missing this was a safety hazard. They did not have the amenities it said on the hotel details. I dont recommend this place at all.

Recently renovated. In the process of changing branding. Room felt very small Automatic lighting is... Obnoxious. No way to go to the bathroom without it coming on before the door is closed, waking up everyone else in the room. Also VERY bright light for the main entry switch that can't be turned off. Confusing new AC units Beds very comfy Pillows not so much. Whoever decided rock-hard half-sized pillows was a good idea should be fired. Possibly from a cannon.

Under construction. TV was not intuitive, phone was not installed and front desk (temporary) line was busy the whole time. Room clean but tacky. Auto sensing bathroom light was very harsh and bright and took 15 minutes to reset.

The good- bed was comfortable The bad- no cups for water, the TV is ridiculous to operate. The heating system is a wall unit and very loud. No coffee maker in the room. If you want coffee, you have to walk to the front desk. And their breakfast consist of granola bars and green apples. If you want breakfast walk across the street to Peabody’s. The ugly- when I first checked in, I had my dog in the car. The front desk agent didn’t even greet me in the first thing out of his mouth was they don’t accept dogs. Within seconds, the skinny manager walked over and said we don’t accept dogs on property. I advise both of them that she was going to a friend’s house. When I came back to the hotel after dropping her off his skinny manager had his hands on his waist watching me like a hawk. Never ever will. I stay at this hotel again. Greet your customers, especially after spending fo 3 nights there.
