The kitchen was well equipped for anything I might have wanted to cook. There were no laundry facilities available. That was indicated in the listing I did not expect laundry facilities.
The property is so quaint, full of charm and had all the amenities one would need for their stay. My family truly enjoyed their stay and it reminded them so much of properties Trey stayed in while visiting Scotland. Correspondence with property manager was so easy and quick to respond. I will highly recommend this property to friends and family!! I personally loved the âbeeâ door knocker and coffee mugs!!
The kitchen set up was very nice, but could have used some aluminum foil and plastic wrap for cooking. The only suggestion that I have would be to have a hard copy of the house handbook available because I couldn't get the scan code to work. I would also think that there may those that aren't that tech savy.
Much larger than I expected! Huge clean rooms, very tastefully decorated throughout- a book for everyoneâs liking, everything you need in the kitchen with a gorgeous dining room table. Our dog loved all the space and the little bit of woods in the back. The covered porch was perfect for the rainy days we had.
The stay was good. I had wanted to early check in and even though the place was empty the day before was asked to pay 25.00 an hour for early check in. Since I was paying 2k for the weekly stay this seemed excessive and not five star service. The bathroom mat and tub mat need replacing, they are old. Same with the brush and sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen. Small things, but that's what makes the difference. Other than that, enjoyed my stay. Thanks
Federal on Exeter served as an ideal location as we celebrated holidays and family events in the area. The apartment was both large enough and filled with historical charm. Everything we needed was present, and the apartment was spotless. The host routinely reached out to walk us through check in and any additional needs we needed.
My husband and I searched on VRBO for a last minute trip after school ended to get away for just a few days, and we found this golden nugget. The property is hidden nicely on the back of a main house and while close to the shops in Epping, we weren't bothered by noise.
The house is old, but has great modern amenities. I was able to cook at home and the kids enjoyed a few games of chess in between their video games.
We were close enough to enjoy the beach, especially since the heat wave was in town, and boy did we appreciate the A/C!
The owner and property manager checked in with us regularly and answered all my questions. I would surely stay again.

Great accommodations, clean, everything you need in a kitchen, comfortable beds. Unfortunately, it was too cold to enjoy the screened in porch and outside patio.
Unfortunately, we won't be saying there again as we are in the process of moving from Maryland to New Hampshire! But we absolutelu would.
Super clean, and convenient location for our family. The place is beautifully decorated and has a âhome away from homeâ feel the second you open the door. We would love to stay again!
