In the town of Erdeven, this small house is close to the beaches. Ideally located 500 m from Erdeven town center and its shops, 3 km from Kerhillio beaches, 10 km from Carnac, and 20 km from Quiberon.
This 3-room house (approx. 55 m², ground floor) sleeps 4, adjoining the owner's house with a separate entrance.
The ground floor offers a summer lounge, a living room, and a kitchen with a microwave, stove, washing machine, fridge/freezer, and coffee maker. There is one bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a shower room, and a toilet.
The upper floor has one bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm beds.
Private enclosed garden with garden furniture. Linens, cleaning products, a baby bed, and a Wi-Fi hotspot are available upon request. Pets are not allowed. Municipality of Morbihan SOUTH.
