Disappointed

The hotel is in need of updating. Our room was sad. One bed had a dirty wrinkled bed skirt the other didn’t have a skirt. The sheets were stained. Only one small bar of soap. Breakfast was a disaster. No forks,coffee,milk and eggs and were replenished slowly.

After checking in, we checked the mattresses and noticed layers of hair and dust laying on top of the bed skirt by the headboard. Obviously they don't strip these coverings or vacuum there. Worse yet the floors were not vacuumed at all. There were wrappers on the floor, visible crumbs and an old rubber band on the bed. We asked for a different room with the same issues. Also only 2 sets of towels and no soap or conditioner in shower. We waited 40 mins for front desk to bring us towels. The property was also weedy. A room with disheveled items was left ajar. I was able to utilize the vacuum in it briefly to clean the floor. The last two days of our stay we saw more staff. However most of the staff made comments about being understaffed especially the day we checked in. One day we were out our trash was taken but the other two we had to ask, well after 5pm for trash removal. The room was also smaller than expected, not good for a family of 2 adults and children. I expected to have space for our child's special swing chair and we ended up leaving it in the car, causing them to wake us up. Beds were firm but adequate however the sheets were dingy stained and one had burnt holes in it.

This hotel is great for an overnight stay very near the casino. It's walkable if the weather cooperates. The hotel is nice and the staff is helpful.

Sink doesn't drain. No kleenex in the place for it on the sink counter. No conditioner bottle in the in-shower holder. Elevator obviously malfunctioning and doesnt line up properly. Breakfast was an absolute disaster. 7a til 10a. 2 waffle makers, one broken. 1/5 full bottle of sugar free syrup. No other option. People were taking drops to save for others. No fruit. Community milk instead of small individual cartons. We arrived at 9 (still an hour left) "sorry, out of bacon" Standard Indian owned garbage

Frequent traveler here. Stayed for 1 night. The room seemed smaller that the sqft on the listing. While the property was non-smoking, the room clearly had a cigarette like stench. At checkin time, the desk clerk mentioned that the wifi password was on the key card and/or it's cover. It wasn't. When I called him, he kept insisting that it was but he disclosed it over phone. No need to be so defensive when a mistake was clearly made. The pillows were much smaller in length and much harder causing next pain the next morning. I am used to slightly longer and fluffier pillows. The sink was not inside the bathroom, a minor inconvenience at night disturbing children. Breakfast options were good. Hotel Location was convenient. Views outside were good.
