Things were a bit old and needed updates. Like not enough outlets or usb ports. One elevator was out of commission so had to wait quite a while in the morning for several full elevators to go by before one came that we could fit on. But the staff was friendly and helpful and the bed was clean and vomfy

Every night after being out all day we could get in the back door of the hotel but we couldn’t get into our room. We got several excuses why but this should not happen. When you have your hands full and are tired the last thing I wanted to do was to go to the front desk and get the keys reset. This was daily occurrence.

Nice place to stay

Everyone from the front desk to the persons that cleaned our room the 4 days we were there were very accommodating. The room could have used another stand for another suitcase to be placed off the floor since there was only one and either myself or my husband did not have a place to put our suitcase since our clothes had to be kept in them since only 3 small drawers could not accommodate all our clothes.

Enjoyed our stay here last year so we returned for a 2nd time. The accessible room was spacious and clean. downsides this visit: As a shorter disabled person, the height of the beds made it difficult to get up on them alsond there only was a low ottoman and a rolling desk chair to sit on

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They moved me to a bigger room at no charge. My only complaint was that the bathroom was not as clean as it could be. Everything else was fine and the bed was very comfortable.
