This house is so amazing! Worked out perfect for a girls’ weekend away with friends. Wonderful large beach area next to a flowing creek. Listen to the soft rolling waves and flowing creek. Double deck both upstairs and downstairs were great for morning coffee. Close to all of the Lake Erie wineries and the town of North East. Hope to stay here again for sure!

Perfect location close to lake with wonderful views from shady decks upstairs and down. Excellent communication with host and easy check-in. Very comfortable beds and couches with well stocked, high quality kitchen equipment. Lots of things to do in the area but we were completely happy to enjoy the beach and house. The night sky view of stars was amazing.

Quiet but fun summer stay on lake Erie

We had a lovely time at this lake house. We received the house very clean and tidy. I specifically loved that the decor was pretty much kid friendly, meaning there’s nothing that my 3 yo could really get into or was interested in! If you’re a mom of littles, you absolutely know what I mean! We also loved that anything that we may have needed was available, such as utensils, plates/bowls, and grill ware
. Even though we used paper products for convenience (because who wants to do dishes on vacation lol). But if you needed I’m sure the dishwasher would come in handy. All appliances looked well kept and newer (and clean!). Easy access to the private beach and the public beach. We made friends with a family of frogs that lived close to the back porch, and enjoyed seeing them hop around and eat mosquitos! The house is realistically 25-30 minutes from Erie/presque isle/waldameer and is a leisurely drive. All the bedrooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The only thing I’d have to say to other families with kids under 10 is that the twin beds in the first floor bedroom are kinda high off the ground. We anticipated that before our stay and brought our kids foam bumpers, although both of them ended up falling out of bed on separate nights anyways. The 3yo was unscathed but our five year old fell and hit her head off the side table and had a nasty bruise on the arm she landed on (she’s totally fine just a few tears). Otherwise a perfect stay! 10/5 stars

Escape on the lake

Perfect family getaway

We all had a great time!! Fishing, bird photography along the lake, dinner outside with beautiful view of lake Erie. Kids enjoyed the playground and skipping rocks.

Perfect Spot on Lake

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is perfectly laid out for a cozy family stay. It has just the right amount of space with fantastic windows overlooking the very accessible (and beautiful) lake. There is a lovely pebble beach with adjoining stream and a public beach with more sand is just a short walk away! The host was nice and communicated well. We hope to stay again someday!

Great cabin on the lake

This was the perfect spot for our family to connect on Lake Erie. The property was clean and well stocked with sheets, towels and kitchen essentials. Excellent outside space with chairs, tables and firepit. Great lake escape!

Loved the place!

Great place on the lake, as advertised, even though the remnants of Hurricane Debby made swimming impossible our last two days. The 5-6’ waves were spectacular though! The house was beautiful. The living room windows and outdoor seating overlooking the lake were very welcome! House was very clean, parking was easy and corresponding with the owner was almost instant. Internet and phone service was a bit shaky but adequate. Loved being able to open the doors in the upstairs bedrooms to listen to the waves. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

This property was everything we were looking for! True lake house with private beach. We went to the 77th Cherry Festival in town and bought a cherry pie! We tried out a few wineries and just relaxed! Wonderful time with family in a comfortable house! Thank you!

Weekend by the water

The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend and an extra comfy cot that we requested. The location right on the shore was exactly what we wanted but I wish we could have walked further on the shore in each direction. The fire ring was great in the evenings. Great Vacation

We loved our stay in PA. The home was beautiful. Super clean. The views are amazing! The kids played and swam in the water right in front of the house. We also spent time on the beach just a couple minute walk from the house and it also has a playground. Highly recommend staying here!
