The ground floor welcomes you with bright, open living spaces and stunning sea views. A spacious living room with a cozy fireplace flows effortlessly onto a panoramic terrace, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean scenery. This level also includes an elegant dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest W.C., and two comfortable en-suite bedrooms, offering both privacy and comfort for family and guests.


The first floor hosts a private 80 sq.m. master suite designed as a peaceful retreat. It features a walk-in closet, a cozy living area, and a private veranda. From the comfort of your bedroom, you can unwind in complete privacy while enjoying beautiful, uninterrupted sea views.




The lower level is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and independence, featuring four spacious, light-filled bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. This level also includes a convenient kitchenette and utility areas, making it ideal for hosting family and friends. A separate staff room is also located on this floor.
