When we arrived we discovered that the motel is motel is not even staffed. We were supposed to have received an email but I didn’t have it (either because of problems with travelocity email or because we had booked <24 hours in advance). However I called them and they answered quickly and apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the info to get into my room. The room was clean and well kept. No issues other than the unusual check in process.

Toilet broke after one use. Noone around to help. Refrigerator broke down at 1 am , had to pull from wall and unplug. Screaching motor. Advertised cafe etc. Nothing open. Sold most expensive room because told all singles sold out. Only 2 cars there. Noone at desk at all. Left at 3 am to find toilet facilities at service station one first night of stay. Management refused to issue recund. Save youself. Do not ever go there. Youll be stuck. If you do dont pay upfront. So you can get your money back.

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchenette was well equipped, and staff were very friendly and responsive. Great place to stay. We ate at the Escalente Outfitters, had delicious pizza! Great location and community.

Staff were wonderful, but the hotel was just OK. Bathroom door was sticky and did not close, our room was micro small and bed was just OK. It was safe, affordable and pretty clean, but not sure if I would stay again.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Make sure to call for late check in as there won't be anyone at the property. Property was quiet. We had some great pancakes from the restaurant across the street.

A basic motel that satisfied our needs with easy access, cleanliness and comfortable accommodations. We had a problem with our email but the staff in the adjacent restaurant sorted things out for us in minutes. Sarah even prepared us gourmet coffee even though they were closed. Superb hospitality and great food and coffee. Thank you all.

Room was basic, which is expected of a motel. But there were small, weird things. Like the curtain facing the parking lot didn't go all the way to the bottom. About two inches from the bottom is exposed and you can totally see into the room. There's some kind of disc above the door that glowed and blinked on and off ALL NIGHT. The coffee maker was so dirty, we had to run 3 cups of water through it to clear it out. Otherwise, it was fine. Great location, easy parking, and quiet.

No office staff on site. Gave us a phone number to contact. No indication of how to manage the heat or air conditioning. No indication of the location of the ice machine. One bathroom sink had a funky faucet. I couldn’t get the right hand faucet to quit streaming water for a full minute. The drapery rod is broken.
