The place looked a little worn out from the outside, but the room was extremely comfortable with plenty of new amenities. It was a perfect place to stay between Capitol Reef and Bryce Canyon.

This isn't a new lodging, but it is excellently maintained. Bed was super comfortable. Great AC. The gentleman who manages the lodging was very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again and highly recommend to others looking for an affordable, clean, comfortable place to stay.

Russ was very outgoing and helpful. He had just remodeled the unit we were in. It's an older motel, but he's working on upgrading it.

Hotel is a bit old, but in pretty good shape. Beds are comfortable, shower has very good water pressure. Parking lot would be too small if all rooms were full—owner says he’s working on improving that. Overall pretty good for the price.

Clean with exception of couch... A cushion slipped off and there was crumbs & m&m's. Otherwise very clean. AC did okay considering it was in a window in one of the bedrooms. I would not want to be there when its cold as there is no way to control the heaters in the room, it is centrally controlled from the office. Which the owner said he needs to work on getting new unit(s) fir the rooms during the down season.

The rooms are very intelligently set up. Great electrical plugs, excellent coffee, wonderful bed, good air flow to make use of cool mountain air. Owner/host is super friendly and mellow. An outstanding experience that is a perfect antidote to corporate hotel experience

Perfect stay for a night while heading from Bryce to Capitol Reef. Staff member at front desk was extremely nice and helpful and the room was cute and clean! Would definitely stay again if ever in the area again.
