This bright and airy apartment is located on the first line of the beach, offering an exceptional coastal lifestyle just steps from the sea. Designed for comfort and relaxation, it combines modern interiors with premium building amenities for an elevated stay experience.

Step into the inviting living room, where a plush sectional sofa bed and flat-screen TV create the perfect space to unwind after a day by the beach. The sofa bed provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for additional guests, accommodating up to 6 travelers in total. The open layout enhances natural light and creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout the apartment.

The apartment features two elegant bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed and styled with soft lighting and tasteful decorative touches. The master bedroom offers direct access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while feeling the fresh sea breeze. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and a dishwasher, allowing you to prepare meals with ease during your stay.

The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, both featuring refreshing showers and ample storage space. Fresh towels are provided for your convenience.

As part of a premium residential complex, guests have access to outstanding shared amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a children's playground, making it ideal for families and longer stays.

For added practicality, a washing machine is also available, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Guests have access to all amenities within the condominium, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the gym, and the children's playground. The apartment is located on the ground floor, offering easy access to the beach right in front.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Apúlia, a charming coastal village in northern Portugal known for its natural beauty and relaxed atmosphere. Guests are close to the beautiful Praia da Apúlia, famous for its long sandy beach, wooden walkways over the dunes, and traditional windmills along the coastline.

The area is ideal for seaside walks, surfing, cycling, and enjoying fresh seafood in local restaurants. Nearby towns such as Esposende and Viana do Castelo offer additional cultural and sightseeing opportunities, while Porto is within easy driving distance for day trips.

It’s a perfect base for a peaceful beach getaway combined with authentic northern Portuguese coastal charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro (Linha do Norte), is approximately a 5–10 minute drive or 15–20 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto, Coimbra, Lisbon, and other major cities.

Several local bus stops are located within a short walking distance, providing easy access across Aveiro city and surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 50–60 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
