The house is located 7 min by car to the city center of Esposende, 35 min to the airport, 50 min to downtown Porto and 45 min to Gerês National Park. Other historical cities nearby include Guimarães (European Capital of Culture 2012), Braga and Viana do Castelo, all reached under 60 min.

The house is equipped so that you can fully enjoy it (free WiFi, equipped kitchen towels and bed linen provided, etc.)

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
