Groundfloor apartment 50 meters from the beach, in a luxury gated community, with terrace, carefully decorated, next to the Marriott Playa Andaluza. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, bright living room, underground parking, swimming pools, gardens, paddle tennis, playground. 5 min from Puerto Banus and 80 km from the airport. The grades are very good.

Area with multiple alternatives for both rest and leisure.
Perfect for strolling along the beach in a wild environment on the Costa del Sol, with an undeveloped beach but with bars.

Fabulous

We enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks vacation in this apartment. It is very clean, safe and well equipped. The apartment is located in the ground floor so it has an easy access to the swimming pool and the kids enjoyed it so much. The beach is less than 5 mins. away by foot. The wifi was great. The underground parking which has a direct access to the apartment was great and safe. Marriott playa andaluza hotel is located next to the apartment and my kids enjoyed spending sometimes there. The apartment is just 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and 15 minutes drive to Marbella. Cristina was a super host. She was very helpful and has a quick response. I would definitly come back again and would recomend it to anyone.

Lovely apartment but under-equipped

We loved the ground floor apartment and it was clean and tidy and we loved the pool. It was great to have wifi. There were a few things broken in the apartment however - a bedside lamp and towel rails. There was not enough delph and most of what was there was mismatched, cracked or chipped. There was no electric kettle so we had to boil water on a saucepan. There was no toilet roll when we arrived. There were insufficient towels, just 4 bath towels, some hand towels. No spare bath towels and no towels for the poolside. I did not contact the owner about this at the time as we were on holiday and didn't want any hassle. After initially being delighted with the apartment, we were disappointed that it was so poorly equipped with the basics. As Marriott owners we spent most of our time next door at Playa Andaluza.
