The villa has an impressive pool set amidst well-established gardens and benefits from splendid views of the surrounding landscape. Just a 4 minute drive from the villa is El Padron Beach with a small selection of eateries at the West-end of the seafront. The town of Estepona with a greater choice of beaches, restaurants and shops are further 10 minutes drive away. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Finca Rosa is situated in the lush countryside area of El Padron. The attractive resort of Estepona is only a short drive away towards the coast with its lovely promenade and sandy beaches. There is a weekly open-air market at Estepona as well as a shopping area and an excellent variety of restaurants. The pretty marina is popular for enjoying nightlife, with clubs, pubs, and restaurants. Further east is the famous resort of San Pedro de Alcantara with a choice of great water sports facilities. For golf lovers there are several fine golf courses in the area, as well as a children's amusement park, an equestrian school and a splendid nature reserve, all within a short drive.
