The property was great. It's in a very quiet neighborhood yet is close to town - less than 10 minutes to grocery and even downtown Estes Park. Lots of space, and loved the desk area in the family room, which I had to use for a little bit of work. The house was super clean, and the driveway had plenty of space. The kitchen was well stocked - we cooked-in each day and had everything needed. The outdoor BBQ grill needs some maintenance, as the shields over the burners are broken and the auto light didn't work, but was able to make it work the few times we grilled outdoors. We opened the windows quite a bit given it was in the mid-80s, but due to low humidity it didn't feel bad at all and it cooled off quickly at night. The blinds and windows also need some maintenance - some were broken / hard to work, and I was afraid of breaking them further. The doors to the patio also need some maintenance. The garage is converted into living space but we didn't use it, so no comments there. It was roomy and was decorated nicely. I would probably rent again, as it's priced well.
