Well this had to be most disappointing vrbo I have ever been to. The couches are unsitable due to the sagging. The bathroom shelfs are half falling out of the wall. No shower curtain liner, water runs onto the floor when showering. The kitchen facuet is not secured and does not swivel. All the plates have chips in them and none of the glasswear match. Only 1 wine glass? Pots and pans have seen better days. On the positive side the bed toppers are very comfortable but the electric fireplace in the bedroom makes so much noise you can't sleep with it on. The washer and dryer was very much appreciated but they are not level and shake when spinning. The dishwasher was great. The hot tub jets are weak to say the least, but the water was nice and hot. The option of wood or gas outdoor fireplace was nice we used both. The grill has something to be desired. The maintenance man was quick to respond to our requests which was appreciated. The outdoor garbage can is not bear proof. Woke up to garbage all over the yard, following that we left the garbage in the house. Some simple improvements wouldn't cost alot and would change the whole vibe of the place. I don't mind "rustic" but it was not comfortable.
Fantastic location and the hot tub was so appreciated after a long day of hiking RMNP. The hosts were responsive and accommodating. We loved our time in Estes Park.
Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay. It is a great location to downtown and RMNP. We enjoyed the hot tub, although it may need some upkeep/maintenance as the jets were not very strong. House was cozy and the beds were comfy.
Location was wonderful! We had a herd of Elk visit the property 2 days out of 4. What a wonderful experience. Hot tub was great and amenities at the property were just what we needed. The only minor issue we had was lack of closets/hangers to store our clothes/luggage. Again- very minor but worth noting. Would definitely recommend!
The Cabin was as describe. It was clean and provided everything we need. Very easy to access RMNP from the cabin. It is older, so keep that in mind, but for the price, it was a great option for our family.
Great place. Great communication, easy check-in, quick ride to the park, walking distance to all kinds of stuff, and nice to have the hot tub after a long hike.
Had a wonderful stay. Loved the property and location. The described view from the property was somewhat misleading in that a villa complex is across the street and partially obstructed the mountain views. But other than that, I loved the rustic and cozy feeling of the cabin with awesome amenities and the quiet, private location. Would go back.
Nice to be able to walk to town. Hot Tub was wonderful. There are several things that are in disrepair. Carpet needs serious replacing. Outdoor chairs have nails sticking up. In general it needs a good cleaning and some maintenance.
The cabin is rustic and overstuffed with furniture. You will need to be skinny and agile to get to the top bunk, and the fan might take your head off! Some upgrades to furnishings, plates/silverware, towels and electrical wiring are needed. PLUSES: mgt company is responsive, lots of towels/paper towels/laundry detergent. Some mgt companies are very stingy with these supplies, this was not the case. LOCATION: you are so close to everything! Stanley, RMNP, and downtown Estes (you can walk down the hill & ride a trolley into town. We went to Safeway 5x, nice to be close to grocery store. Hot tub was great for the kids! The view was excellent, I loved seeing mountains!
The property was great! From the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor dining spaces, we had beautiful views with very well-appointed amenities. We especially loved the awesome coffee maker - what a treat! Ane was always helpful with questions. We let her know about a problem with the fridge and she immediately responded.
Close to downtown, RMNP AND Roosevelt National Park.Cabin was clean, but is dark inside even with lights. Hot tub was good. Furniture uncomfortable due to sagging. Did not use equipment in shed, but was available. Animals would come into yard which was cool.
Great location. Although uphill from road location felt private and quiet with fantastic view of mountains from lovely front porch. Five of us at the cabin was cozy but loved it. We prefer a unique travel experience rather than a cookie cutter condo and this is just that! The cabin has fun, unique artwork etc which we appreciate!
Great hot tub on the patio and the BBQ grill worked great, fold out couch next to the fire place was very romantic, thanks agin for an awesome and relaxing week.
The cabin was warm and inviting. The only con, the hottub only worked the first night. I reached out to the gentleman listed as "maintenence/hot tub" and never got a reply.
