The room was extremely dirty. Even after we requested cleaning the next day, they didn’t remove the hairs, and we had to take a picture and send it to show how bad it was. There was no extra toilet paper, and when we called the staff, they said we had to wait until the next day to get one. The heater didn’t work, and they told us they don’t turn it on until November. Overall, very poor service and maintenance. Not recommended. I would never book here again.

Views from the property are amazing. There's a lake right around the corner from the lodge i highly recommend checking out. Lodge also has a picnic area with a grill and playground for the kiddos.

The room was just the right size and mostly clean. One of the two Samsung heaters; one in the bathroom and one in the main room, did not work. There was black electrical tape over the lights on the heater in the main room - it was not working at all. The black electrical tape tells me it's been broken and ignored. When we got back to the room at 10pm the room was 60 degrees. We had to crank the bathroom heater to as high as it goes and leave the bathroom door open and hope that the warm air came out and warmed the large room up. Dissapointing stay and I feel a refund or partail refund is in order. I don't pay for a room to be cold when it's below freezing outside. We also couldn't park next to the more expensive rooms we purchased.

Lots of places to stay in Estes Park, but this cozy motel was just perfect for our stay. I will say the included breakfast is very minimal, so don't expect any a buffet or warm food!

We stayed in the condo. It was nicely decorated and had everything we needed to cook some meals but there was NO extra blankets for the pull out sofa. And by the time we realized it, the office was closed. I tried calling the after hours line and got no reply. So two people in our group had to sleep with the bath towels.

We booked a two bedroom condo with a private balcony and full kitchen. It worked well for our needs and met our expectations. We specifically wanted to view elk and have a mountain view. We weren't disappointed, the elk paraded and serenaded right below our balcony. The accomodations matched the pictures when I booked online and were comfortable. The front desk service was helpful, friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in having us as their guests. A few minor items could use attention but nothing I would complain about by any means. I would definitely book the room again.

This is an older hotel. The rooms were small but exceptionally clean. The lobby dining area was not as clean. The floors were not vacuumed and there were cobwebs on the fixtures and windows. Breakfast was limited but still very good
