The rates are the most reasonable in town! What a great deal and an even better room! This place is so clean and comfortable and the amenities are great! Theres a nice babbling brook to relax next to in the evening as well! Would return in a heart beat!

I recently stayed 6 nights at Nicky's and I loved my stay. It was affordable and very clean. The setting is serene and you need only step out of the parking lot and take a beautiful stroll along the river. My room was maintained with care and the check in was seamless. The electronic communications were clear and concise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I plan on returning and recommending. It is less than 3 miles from the RMNP Fall River entrance and about the same to downtown Estes . Perfectly located.

I really enjoyed my stay at Nicky’s. I’m not a lodging snob and as an introverted solo female traveler, I just want a safe, comfortable, non-nonsense, no-frills place to lay my head and to be left alone. My room was clean, warm, with plenty of hot water and great water pressure. The motel lodging has what I would call a “modern rustic” vibe and that’s what I appreciate. While I was there in the winter and it wasn’t a full house, I could still hear people above and next to me, but whatever; that is what earplugs are for. If you are looking for high end amenities and finishes and all-inclusive royal treatment this isn’t your place. But if you want somewhere to relax in peace after a day of enjoying the park and fresh air for a really reasonable rate, this is a great choice.
