At check-in the bathroom was dirty. Shower jad so much hair lefy in it I swear Bigfoot just took a shower. Their was soap svum everywhere. I called the crony desk to ask for it to be taken care of and was told"I dont know what to tell you". It didn't get addressed until i insisted on a 25% discount and cleaning suppliesto clean it mydelf. After they finally cleaaned it he smart ass replird i needed to besire it was to my satisfaction. Will never stay again and never recommend.

There were gnats in our room, lots of them. There was also a plunger left just outside our door partially in a bag throughout our stay. I was a little disappointed as this looked different in person, the lobby is accurate, but this is a motel. Clearly older and renovated, but I expected it to be nicer given the pictures. The room was large, beds were good.

We were there only one night but the staff were amazing they did even have s'mores in the evening that they did offer and a restaurant there on site definitely would stay there again if available next time.

I enjoyed my stay but the rooms walls were thin as I could hear people upstairs. Other than that I enjoyed the staff, amenities and the cantina.

The staff was nice but we had a major problem with our stay. When we got back from dinner ai went to shower and there was something wrong with the trap or plumbing because a major sewer smell was released and stunk up our whole room. I called the front desk and the girl was nice and brought us a fan but it didn’t help. We opened the door but it was 30F outside and then the heater wasn’t working to warm it back up. The room was grungy and had mold in the bathroom on the shower liner and around the window. You could hear people talking and snoring in neighboring rooms. Somehow this place is rated as a 4 star but it’s honestly a 2. It’s a creaky old wooden motel and then the sewer issue put us over the edge. We didn’t sleep and left the room at 5:00am when Starbucks opened so it completely derailed our trip which was also my birthday.

It was a great experience. Close to everything, clean, the only thing that was a mild pain was their air conditioning units. They’re kind of strange but I figured it out.

Reception staff, hotel restaurant and bar staff were all super friendly and accommodating. This hotel is a perfect location in Estes Park! Loved being able to walk to the restaurants and shops downtown and the scenic lake across the way.

We were at the Trailborn i nn but the first night had no heatno heat at all so they brought in a heating component that didnt work that well. In the morning i requested a different room which they had suggested a sister resort. Sounded good. Had heat and good. They bever came to the room and never removed our garabage and never gave ys more toweks so to saybthe least wont be staying there again. Best Western will get my business from now on

I stayed for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is ideally located within walking distance of the town center, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. However, daily room cleaning was not provided during my stay, and the shower’s shampoo and soap dispensers were empty. A few small improvements in housekeeping would make the experience much better.
