Loved the outdoor area

Communication was a bit of a problem as I don’t speak French and never received an actual address. A bit of a smell when we arrived and a few bugs in the unit. However, we loved the backyard garden area and spent the entire evening back there. Also to note, no hand or dish drying towels in the kitchen or downstairs bathroom. There is no dishwasher here.

Lovely apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment that is part of a farm complex. We were 3 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space, including a large garden out back for the kids to run around. Located near a charming village with 12th C. church and within minutes drive from Omaha Beach and American cemetery. We were surprised, however, to find out (after the cancellation period was over) that the owner wanted to charge rental for sheets (30 Euros/double bed, 20 Euros/single bed). She did grant our request to have them included, however when we got there, we found out that no towels (kitchen or bath) were provided. This was a disappointment, but everything else about our experience was quite wonderful.

Très grand logement avec tout le nécessaire et possibilité de se garer devant la porte. Appartement très calme et grand jardin avec barbecue. A proximité des plages de Omaha Beach, de Caen, du cimetière américain de Colleville et allemand de Saint-Cambe. A recommander.

Dans la ferme au milieu des vache. Bien équipé mais beaucoup de chose à revoir au niveau du confort. (télé en hauteur, pas de WC au niveau des chambres, pas de prise pour brancher la cafetière....) Très cher pour ce niveau de prestation. La location des draps est horriblement cher.

Gite pas assez équipé

Nous avons loué le gîte à 6 personnes. 3 adultes 3 enfants 9 ans 6 ans et 8 mois. À aucun moment sur l'annonce il est précisé qu'il faut apporter nos draps. Il y a écrit chaise bébé au final rien du tout. Il faut absolument prendre la voiture pour un commerce genre boulangerie. Le gîte n'a aucun minimum nécessaire c'est-à-dire pas de torchon,pas de filtre à café pas de café. Étant moi même propriétaire d'un gîte touristique. Je fournis à mes locataires le minimum c'est-à-dire sel, poivre huile café torchons et .... Je trouve cela dommage
