Two primary suites, a well equipped kitchen, generous bath and sleeping quarters and ideallic views will make this your new favorite place to vacation.

The Space:
Bring everyone together under one roof at this sizeable luxury retreat in Carlton Landing. Conveniently located near Carlton Landing’s Water Street, you’ll be within walking distance of the Festival Lawn, Pop-Up Shops, Swim Beach, and Carlton Landing Community Church. Lila House enjoys picturesque green belt and forrest views from lovely Hill Street. Boardwalk pool and hot tub are a sidewalk stroll away and the hot tub is open year-round. Every season will offer stunning views and inviting surroundings from this three-story dream house.

Outside:

Pronounced Lee-La, Lila means “purple” in German. You’ll know you’ve arrived by the signature purple paint on the upper levels of the home’s exterior. The gravel driveway has space for 3 vehicles and includes a Rivian Electric Vehicle Charger. Front and back living spaces are furnished with polywood decking, chairs and side tables for an upscale experience. Seating areas are well lit with fixtures and twinkle lights. The fenced backyard has plentiful grass and landscaping as well as a paved patio with a Blackstone grill and Solo Stove with firewood provided. From the backyard, cross the street to enter Lincoln Square, Carlton Landing’s newest phase of development. This park is ideal for stargazing, cartwheels, and games of tag.

Inside:

Step into the entryway and it will be evident that you’re in a professionally decorated home. Creative and tasteful touches of Lila are woven throughout the house. You’ll adore the stylish furnishings in the living room which center around a large, screened, gas fireplace that operates with the flip of a switch. Just off the living room is a lavender powder bathroom with a sizeable vanity.

The living room flows openly into the kitchen and dining area where there is seating for up to 14 guests. Upgrades that make this the perfect kitchen for your group include a large fridge and freezer plus an additional beverage fridge, a gas range stove and a dual oven with seperate upper and lower cooking capabilities. The cabinets are unsparingly stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. A unique layout provides abundant counter and cabinet space to store groceries or serve meals to a large group.



A hallway leads away from the kitchen towards the back of the house, where you’ll find the back entry with a full washer/dryer and spacious drop zone for all of your gear. This area includes cabinets, cubbies and hooks to tidily organize your belongings.

Further toward the back are French Doors that open to an incredible primary suite, complete with a King size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has gorgeous natural light, a double vanity, a tiled walk-in shower.

The wide stairways are part of the eye pleasing design with wood floors and safety rails, pathway lights that turn on with a touch, and a corner nook by a sunny window where you could sit and enjoy a moment of solitude.

The second floor houses another primary suite with a King size bed, pillow top mattress and smart tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. Two queen guest rooms are also on this floor along with another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All King and Queen bedrooms include a dresser, nightstands, lamps, cozy rug, ceiling fan and closet space.

The jewel in Lila’s crown is the amazing multipurpose third floor. Windows surround the gigantic room, providing natural light and stunning views. Recreate for hours with the smart tv, games, toys, oversized sectional sofa and additional seating. There’s so much room for activities!

A built-in wooden bunk space with six single mattresses lines one wall, making for the perfect sleepover spot. There’s a unique corner space with a granite countertop, mirror, and cabinets. It's perfect for snacks, storage or large vanity to get ready for the day. This level of the house has its own full bathroom with shower/tub combo and an individual thermostat for maximum convenience and comfort.

Your stay includes access to 3 community pools, a private sandy swim beach, fishing docks, sports courts, walking trails, and restaurants. Frequent planned activities and events include live music, outdoor movies, art and fitness classes and pop-up vendor shopping. Also on site seasonally, Lake Days Aqua Park offers non stop fun on the gigantic inflatable obstacle course as well as kayak, paddle board and lake cabana rentals. Getting Around:
The entire town of Carlton Landing is walkable, with sidewalks and boardwalks woven throughout. Bring your bicycles, scooters and skateboards! Local rental companies make it easy to procure a golf cart for your stay. Golf carts can be nice for exploring, and for toting around your group and gear. Carlton Landing also has seasonal kayak and paddle board rentals for your lake recreation and we partner with a local marina so you can rent a boat while you're at the lake!
