A lovely hotel at the most centre of downtown. A very spacious room, renovated, big beds, modern show, coffee machine and tea kettle, fresh apples and other nibbles all day.,Kind helpful staff. They sent house car to meet at the airport and took us back to airport. Very nice. If back to Eugene, will stay there again.

Our checkin Friday evening was great! Welcoming, friendly staff. We had a comfortable, quiet stay. Saturday morning checkout was not as high of a level of customer service as the checkin staff. Overall a good visit.
