Room was great, clean and very nice. The staff was so nice. The bell boy was absolutely amazing, wish I knew his name. They had great amenities and complementary beer and wine which was amazing. That is the first time I have stayed in this hotel or any hotel in Eugene. Top notch service and a great location. Will definitely be back

Hotel was nice but it was hot and stuffy in the room which led me to wake up at 4am and leave. If you like a cool temperature room I would not go there. Aside from that the hotel, bars and food was amazing

My son stayed at The Gordon when he was driving back from college to Canada. He had a van filled with boxes and important things and the valet team unloaded and stored it all so it was safe. They arrived at 1030 pm and were treated like the most important guests. Exceptional service. Great location. Beautiful hotel. A must stay in Eugene. We will be back. Go Ducks!
