very pleasant and cozy place to stay right in downtown. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Rooms were nice, with everything we need, with a decent shower, good bed/bedding, easily accessed power near bedside. Nice freshly cooked breakfast each morning (but it could use some variety)

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. But the free breakfast!! That was just about the best free breakfast I have ever had at a hotel.

Where shall I start? Fantastic location in downtown Eugene. Super cute room, fluffy towels, wood floor, nice bath products. Good breakfast. But the staff is what makes this place truly awesome. So friendly and very accommodating. Super. Definitely recommend. We will stay here again.
