The bathroom flooded every time I took a shower. The floor was not level and the drain was higher than the surrounding floor. The rubber strip which was supposed to keep water inside the shower leaked and made a puddle in front of the sink. Also, the sink barely dispensed any water.

I paid for room but could not pay pet deposit online. When my family members showed up, they were denied because the pet deposit was not paid in advance. Why didn't they just call me? They had my phone number and I could have approved any additional charges. Receptionist was not willing to make a phone call, so they slept in their car and I still had to pay for a nights lodging. Go somewhere where the staff cares about service.

Check-in went smoothly. The staff was friendly and easy to comunicate with. The hotel room was very clean and looked remodeled. We only stayed for one night but we liked that the price was more affordable compared to other hotels in the area. So if you just need a quick night sleep, i highly recomend this hotel.
