We stayed at this property on Dec 02nd, 2025, for one night. Check-in was great, friendly and efficient. The ground floor room was budget, as expected, and clean. ISSUE: at around midnight we were woken by the sound of dripping water. The AC unit on the floor above was dripping onto our AC unit, and the sound of water dropping 20ft and hitting a metal AC housing was loud. This continued all night and was torture. I went out at 1am to confirm the issue and see if anyone was at the office. The office was vacant and I would have to ring a bell to get service, so I decided to put a towel on the AC unit which lessened the sound somewhat. I stated my complaint to the property the next morning, and they sent their maintenance staff out, who verified the issue and took some video. I requested a full refund, and I am still waiting for the hotel management to reach out, or to issue a refund (rating is based on not hearing back from management). I have videos to show the issue and the sound that the dripping made (posted on my Google Review).

The staff here are fantastic, parking is good and the rooms are comfortable. Significantly cleaner and larger rooms than similarly priced and aged hotels. No strange smells, nice bathrooms and beds. Stayed here repeatedly and we've never even seen insects outside, let alone inside.

The EV chargers did not work. No help from duty people to resolve the situation. Simply told that it was a third party supplier. No help in finding alternatives or in contacting the supplier. Poor customer service. However, she was helpful in finding dinning options.
