Very easy check in. Room was ok, nothing special. Shower curtain missing hooks. Noisy neighbors solution to that was a white noise machine. No kleenex in the box, breakfast skimpy. No protein offered. No juice. Coffee was good though.

The property was great, safe and clean location. The art everywhere and the patio area was beautiful. The service was wonderful. The room was spacious and clean! If it wasnt for the absolute horrible beds it would have been an amazing stay. I hardly got sleep the 2 nights we were there. I was constantly tossing and turning because my hips hurt like I was sleeping on a floor. My body is still sore. I seen reviews about the beds and thought to myself they cant be that bad ( most hotel beds are firm to me) but they are! Felt like a box spring with no mattress. Other than that, everything was great. The pool was closed as well, when I booked it said it was closed but it would reopen before our stay and it was not. So I would call to check first if thats important to you.

Have stayed here numerous times, used to be great, but has gone downhill. Receptionist was awesome! (Anna). No regular coffee available at all, only decaf. Very disappointing. Room was in a state of disrepair. Missing trim pieces, shower curtain rod was taped in place. Mattresses were horrible and squeaky.

The room was so bad. Stained walls, terrible beds that’s need replaced only two pillows per bed (so weird), 10 flies, had to be moved rooms. Also the breakfast was terrible and the second morning there was nothing at 8am we had to go get food elsewhere. Also the pool wasn’t workin.

Breakfast was refrigerated egg sandwich, apple, coffee. Mattresses were very old, lumpy. Sheets also old, n thin. Bathtub had black in its corners, looked like mold. Part of a baseboard was missing. No USB plug ins.old phone n clock don't work, just supposed to be retro. Had difficulty checking in. They said they hadn't rec'd confirmation, Expedia claimed they sent it. Couple behind us had same problem. Pool is closed. Had a cute courtyard in back.

The room had coffee grounds on the floor coffee maker didn’t work it was missing the tray to put your coffee in. Towels feel gross They take dogs but provide nothing paying the extra fee. A couple fought all nite banging and yelling upstairs.
