I was actually super impressed with my location. I donât think the pictures on the listing did any justice. Super cute. Great location. Great communication. I will probably be back again.
Stayed there for the Blues Festival. Location was great as it is a short walk to everything in town. Very comfortable apartment with lots of character. Very much enjoyed it and recommend this location. Only space for one vehicle to park.
Great place to stay. Very clean and scenic with one porch overlooking Main Street and the other looking down on a creek of sorts. The two bedrooms join in such a way that the people in the far room have to walk through the other BR to get to the bathroom and the front of the house. That might be awkward for some. Overall tho it was all five stars.
There are many good reviews about this place which is why we chose to stay here. For us, we didn't care for this place at all. My husband & I often stay at VRBOs. I understand that this property was 'old/historical', not a problem as we've enjoyed such properties. But just because something is old doesn't mean it has to be short on quality. I'll start with the positive. The host was very responsive and helpful in communication. The place does have character and the bathroom is huge and well lit (Bring your own hairdryer). A few things would make the experience of staying here vastly improved: A larger TV for the living room. You practically need a telescope to see it. The light bulb in the kitchen is at best a 40 watt. There is a little side light by the stove but that's it. (Under counter & over the sink and track lighting would help. We had to use our cellphone flashlights to see in the cupboards & to wash dishes. Dishes, cooking utensils, seasonings other than salt, dish sponges/rag to wash are needed-like a spatula to flip eggs. The place was very dusty. The main bedroom be made creaking noises w/ the sligtest move. The bedspread dirty/stained, smelled like an old spice armpit. The balcony door was almost impossible to open. The towels/washcloths were cheap/thin. Again to each his own, but for 275 a night, I expect more. We ate it & left a night early. A few improvements & this property would be nice. Hopefully, the owner will make some adjustments for future guests.
A perfect location and place for my niece and I to relax for a weekend away. The bathroom was amazing- beautiful natural light. Bring your own hairdryer if you need one (I didnât pay attention on the listing if it said one was provided) Drip coffee maker. The gaming system was a fun touch. Would definitely stay again.
If you are looking for a really cool and simple place to stay, this is it. The only negitive is you can here EVERYTHING in the rental below you. But that happens in hotel's too and this place is way cooler than a hotel, and we spent most days out so it was all good. You cannot beat the location. We walked everywhere without issue. Even the neighbors were friendly and helpful. I hope it's available next time we vist Eureka Springs. Owners communication is also great and thats a huge plus.
We enjoyed our stay. The place was super clean. Lots of room, very spacious.Just a one minute walk to restaurants and shops. We would love to stay here again!
The house was difficult to find, but very much worth the search. The original aspects were absolutely fantastic. And they united the modern comforts with historical furnishings so well, we felt transported to 1910. Iâm guessing) it would be a great idea to leave instructions for the electronics.
This place is centrally located and walkable to most of downtown/historic Eureka. Property was clean and had plenty of space (two bedrooms, large bathroom and large living space). Great for couples or small groups.
This apartment was perfect. It fits the ambiance of Eureka Springs with its quirky decor. It had everything we needed. I loved the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, we had lots of space, the facilities were all in good order. I would stay here again.
Funky and really large space. Within walking distance of downtown and easy to get around. TV in main living room did not work, no signal. Steps in and out of the place was very slick and with the rain was mossy and you had to be very careful going up and down on the porch entrance area.
Great place to stay in the Eureka Historic District
Wonderful location. FYI - this place is old, so don't expect a modern unit. Lots of room. It can be a bit loud, but worth it to be downtown. Pet friendly was key even though our Chihuahua wouldn't stay alone. He's a good bar buddy, though. đ Check in was a breeze and owner was very helpful. We would stay here again.
Charming apartment walking distance to everything.
The apartment was much larger than we expected. It was jice to be able to park our car for the weekend and juat walk everywhere. Matt let us check in early. We so appreciated that. We would definitely stay again!
Our house is being remodeled and the dust was everywhere! It was also my birthday week so we planned it last minute for three days in the middle of the week. First off, the place is dog friendly. You got me at that. Gets better...Matt the owner and host was amazingly nice and accommodating, considering the last minute booking! The home is super cute and the furnishings are amazing! Check out his pics for that. It felt like home the entire time and if you dig downtown Eureka (we do) it's a super close walk to all of the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife. 5 stars out of 5! We'll be back again!
