In a very nice area, hotel is very clean and staff is polite. Definitely will stay here again. This was a last minute stay due to a family member being admitted into a hospital close by. It was such a relief how nice this hotel is.

OK, but ...

We slept well but in the morning went to take a shower and there was pubic hair on the shower curtain and no conditioner in the conditioner bottle. Also, the parking information that the front desk gave us was inaccurate

The cleaning staff was very loud in the morning - before 7am when a lot of folks were still sleeping. Also the elevator to the parking garage was out of service for the three days we were there which meant walking a block outside - they should let people know that when they book in the event they have mobility issues.

Check in stuff is very nice. His name is AL. When I took shower, find out the bath tab is clogged. The house keeping department needs pay attention on this.
