Carpet in room was wet hopefully because it was just cleaned
Breakfast included was virtually non existent
Beds and pillows old and worn no plug ins
Maintenance of all areas was pathetic
Horrible hotel. More like a motel. Dirty environment and absolutely horrible internet service that cuts off every 4 hours. That is ridiculous in this day and age. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room was dirty, carpet was very dirty and stained, chair in room was disgusting and stained. There was a cup left on the night stand and one bed looked like someone had been laying on prior to our arrival. I cannot say that I think the towels were clean either.
The guy that checked us in wasn't very friendly but all the staff in the morning was friendly. For the star rating, overall no complaints on the stay. Very nice, would stay again
They offered a contenintal breakfast and there wasn't one for at least the first 3 days. When they finally put it out it was stale cereal ,bread, muffins. The jelly packs were old so sticky it was like glue. It wasn't a good idea to come here. I'll not be coming back.
The hotel is under construction. It took us twenty minutes to figure out how to check in. I had to stand in the rain at a drive-in type window to check in.
The halls looked clean, but a bit run down.
The room was neat in appearance, but the comforters were stained. The sheets and pillowcases were crisp white, and the mattresses/pillows looked new-ish. The carpet in the room felt damp with socks/bare feet and our socks were dirty from walking on it. The carpet had red and black stains.
There were only two lightbulbs in the room. The tv was 19”. The hard surfaces were clean.
There was a small microwave and refrigerator; the fridge made a loud noise when it kicked on, we unplugged it. The curtains were not completely hanging on the rod.
The bathroom was very small, but clean. They only provide clean towels every three days.
It advertised having free breakfast and there were menus for room service; but we were told that neither was available. The only vending machine was on the first floor.
Our room was on the second floor, we could clearly hear the people who were staying in the room above us walking around.
A LOT of people walking around the hallways that looked… more like they were in rooms maybe just for hours or less.
The hotel is located on very busy Morgan Avenue, I was surprised we didn’t hear the traffic very well.
The location is convenient for shopping/dining options.
They did tell me at check in that the whole hotel is being actively renovated. Call first.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and the first experience wasn’t bad but this time it was horrible.First of all when I first checked in I was given Room 311 and someone was occupied in that room,then they gave me another Room 313 and the heater didn’t work at all.I didn’t want to go anywhere else because I had to get up early for work but it was cold all night.I was very upset and frustrated I will never stay again.

The mini fridge didn’t work well and their was no tv in the room I was staying in and when me and my friend checked in at 3am he would give me the key so I could use the restroom only because my friend was the main person on the reservation I thought that was very rude
Awful can’t sleep from the workers there drinking yelling laughing kids running around upstairs it was awful when your old and traveling here to see your grandchildren you don’t want to waste time with drunks! It’s sad we paid our money too the room wasn’t even very clean and the workers were worried about drunks! Just sad
Building has noticeable wear loose tills in bathroom towel rack damaged luke warm shower soft spot in hallway first room couldn't get the door open so had to be shifted to another room. Breakfast wast luke warm and mostly empty.
Requested KING bed because ny partner is large and has a leg device and needs extra space. Was told no KING rooms available, but "good news" we put you in a QUEEN suite. Told them it wouldn't work because of physical issues. We both will NOT fit in a QUEEN bid. Nope, no KING rooms and can't cancel the resevation. So, I slept on the couch in the suite as the hide a bed did not open easily and was not CLEAN. Tze electrical outlets were over loaded. You cannot run a fridge and a microwave on an extension outlet. Fire hazard. Also all tze electrical outlet plugs were loose and barely connected. Also a fire hazard and against code. We unplugged many things due to this being unsafe. Not a single outlet was up to code. Only had ONE bath towel in a room that was to sleep 4. I had to get extra towels. Then when they serviced room, poorly, again ONE towel and again had to ask. Our towels were hung and did n8t need replacing. Most hotels, it is replace if on floor. I had much better expections of a Super 8. I was going on brand quality. Breakfast was slim so we ate breakfast out. Odd, dirty smell in hallways and room.
Really wish we could have canceled and gone elsewhere.
