We really liked the cabin and river view. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great. Had a big storm with power outage overnight and next morning. We did build a fire to stay warm and used the tea kettle on the wood stove to boil water for coffee!
Overall the stay was great! My only complaints are that the only bathroom was on the third floor, the hot tub tripped the breaker a couple times and there wasnât a washer or dryer available on site. The place was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view!
We wanted to get away for a few days and this was the perfect location. The property was as advertised. Beautiful accommodations, amenities, scenery, and easy access to the river. Overall the stay was exactly what the doctor ordered!
Property was clean and equipped appropriately. Had trouble getting in but after a couple of calls host was able to give me the access code (which I had forgotten). Hot tub was very relaxing. Screen on bedroom had several slashes in it which made it unusable. Outside furniture and landscaping (access to river) hadnât been tended to in quite sometime but wasnât a dealbreaker. View to river was obstructed from lower porch and yard areas. Would still recommend this cabin for a secluded getaway.
We enjoyed the natural beauty of the property. It really does feel like you are in a tree house. We also loved the hot tub on the deck. Listening to the river flow was relaxing.
Not exactly what we were expecting but it turned out great! I haven't seen my sisters in 3 years so we decided to get together and have a girls weekend. This cabin was quiet and had the most beautiful views. We mostly hung out on the patio or outside. The hot tub was a nice feature. Be prepared though, there's only one bathroom and it's upstairs. The second bedroom is on ground level and not connected to the house. You have to walk outside, upstairs to the main house, then upstairs again for the bathroom. Very inconvenient. Overall our stay was wonderful.
The highlight, for me, was the location. Cascades towering above, stunning scenery everywhere. An amazing canyon in the neighborhood. The cabin was great. Hot tub was great. All good. Would definitely stay here again.
We stayed at this cabin during the winter. They do warn you about road conditions and itâs close to US2 but still remote and luckily we have a truck so no issues getting in and out but there was more snow than expected. The house was clean, only issue I had is I noticed a musty smell on one of the kitchen towels and couple of the bathroom wash clothes which is not great. I would advise anyone with dogs that the main entrance is on 2nd floor and so in winter you do have to go up and down exterior stairs to take dogs out which wasnât ideal. I didnât realize this when I booked so want to bring attention for others. It was icy near the trash cans some salt would be nice. It was also very cold upstairs. The fireplace really helps on the main 2nd floor level but doesnât heat the upstairs and the electric wall heater isnât enough. I slept on couch and spare bed on the main floor due to it being too cold upstairs. My husband did sleep upstairs but did say it was cold. I think itâs a fine cabin and well kept but just wouldnât stay here again in the winter months. We did enjoy having the hot tub and itâs partially covered which is one of the main reasons we booked this cabin.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be some cobwebs in the bath and kitchen could use a few more additions like foil/baggies for take home. Otherwise lovely home and peaceful and tranquil setting
A long, winding, well kept, narrow gravel road is the preamble to this wonderland in the woods. My 2016 Mazda CX5 made it just fine. High mountain peaks dotted with snow frame this lovely home. From the outdoor decks, I take it all in and envy folks who climb to the top. But I just want to chill. It's 80 something degrees and sunny. The river and peaks can be seen from the windows, the decks, the fire pit, the picnic table, the yard and the well maintained hot tub. The sounds are mesmerizing. No TV for us. Maybe just some Shuggie Otis or Chicano Batman. Spend a minute or two in the back yard lying in the super cush mossy grass. The overgrown trail leading to the river continues the adventure. Wildflowers blooming on either side then opening up to a flat, rocky but stroll-able bank. Here, close up, you experience the aquarium clear river. You can see other properties in the distance, but they do not intrude visually or acoustically.
This is our 2nd time staying at a Tree Line property and both were exceptional. The cabins were spotless and well stocked with all the necessities as well as additional things like board games. Iâve been in direct contact with the staff on both occasions and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. They will definitely be our first choice in the future.
This 2BR cabin has stunning views of the Skykomish and of the Cascades. Great fire pit and hot tub. 3 decks, sunny in front overlooking Cascades and river raging in the back yard. The cabin is located in a private gated community with direct access to the river and nearby falls.
Great little property on the river. Covered hottub, great setup to lounge in the living room or make a yummy meal in the open kitchen. Our group had a great weekend. We loved the chickens and the alpacas across the street (viewed from afar), and woke up to beautiful snow on the morning of our departure. Just a few things to note: the separate bedroom downstairs is great, but theres no restroom. This didnt affect our group, but just something to be aware of. Please also make sure you have a vehicle that can drive in the snow. As we left there were several cars that couldnt make it out of the community. Would love to stay here again in the summer, the river is stunning!
