I was not made aware through their website that there was no elevator. I have an arthritic hip and carrying my luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult.

Poor hotel

The check in was awful the lady took practically an hour at midnight when people just want to go to bed. Keys don’t work Awful check in service and how is the deposit $150 for junk.
