Rooms and service are on point? The staff is welcoming, attentive and do a great job checking in, fast and easy. We use this hotel a lot as we travel with our team from Massachusetts to near by West Chester University and other local showcases and we love staying here as it’s convenient and there’s a Wawa’s walking distance or a minute drive.

The bathroom was a disgrace. The floor of the shower/tub showed great sign if irreparable harm to the surfaces as something had worn through the layers exposing deeper layers. Even at that price we would not stay here again. Pay attention -- this is the first poor review I've ever written.
