The staff there were amazing. I couldn’t have asked for a better staff. They were nice accommodating and very helpful. The property itself is in a safe environment. However, they need to be signed to enforce pet owners to not allow their dogs to poop on the grass and not pick it up. It needs to be a pet fee if they allow their dogs to poop and they don’t clean it up. It was absolutely annoying to have to keep my dog off the grass because other owners weren’t cleaning up their dog poop. The appliances are outdated. The refrigerator wasn’t even cleaned on the outside. It needs to be completely replaced. The carpeting needs to be shampooed. It was like a weird smell of feet when I walked in. However, the staff was very nice and they allow me to utilize air freshener during my stay. Their needs to be another entrance to the parking lot because you have to go all the way up to the next light in order to do a U-turn to go back down to enter the parking lot. I feel the room was OK, but I needed a major upgrade for the prices asked for from the guests. There were a little bugs here and there little roaches however, the staff was very nice enough to make sure that there weren’t huge disturbances. However, a Reno needs to be done. And I felt like I was given a room that was not upgraded or nice because I had a pet and that’s not OK because when you’re asking for a deposit from a pet owner, especially a service animal it’s not OK to give them a room that is outdated or dingy looking.
