Welcome to the Paul Huc estate

Located in the right wing of the estate, Le Vendangeur takes its name from the former dwelling of the grape harvesters. This 90 m² duplex features exposed beams and rafters, and two terraces of 6 m² and 32 m². It offers a blend of authentic charm with family heirlooms and all modern comforts.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned. It comprises a living/dining room opening onto the large terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, cooktop with extractor hood, blender, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and clothes drying rack. An iron and ironing board are also provided.

There are two lovely bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180/200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm) upon request. One bedroom opens onto a private terrace and has an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, an authentic stone sink, and a toilet. A hairdryer and hair straightener are also provided. The second bedroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. Hair dryer and hair straightener. Separate toilet.

TV/digital terrestrial television, DVD player, and stereo system. Baby cot and high chair available on request, free of charge. The private 32 m² terrace includes a table/chairs, sun loungers, parasol, and suspended BBQ. The second private terrace, 6 m², also has sun loungers.
