This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Fairbanks. The staff are friendly, and the hotel is spotless, emitting a fresh scent. The pool is well-kept, and everyone I met was cheerful and helpful. I’m glad I discovered this hotel; it will be my preferred choice for all future work trips. Thank you for your outstanding service.

Breakfast was nice. It had several options so all the kids found something they liked. It was very clean. Staff was very nice. Parking was super easy and several outlets to plug cars in.

Staff was rude, Staff didn't show up to work so kitchen was closed couldn't order dinner. When kitchen was open for breakfast the milk was sour. Food was cold. Charged $150 to my account without telling me in case we did damage that will be refunded in a week that caused me to overdraw which would hsve been fine if I had known ahead of time to cover it first. Bad service. No shuttle for one activity I had planned and no help from front desk on how to get Uber or taxi.

They offer pickup service from the airport even though we were flying in during the middle of the night. We didn’t rent a car at first but still manage to walk around and grab food with places to shop at walking distance. I would choose this again if I ever return to the city.

I was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. The facilities were modern, there is fast wifi, very clean, free breakfast from 6am to 10am, amazing views of Alaska, easy parking, and convenient stop for tours. The room is modern, with full amenities and they offer daily housekeeping which I love! I didn't stay for long but I wish I did. Plus side, its in the plaza where the Costco is, next door is a pizza place which opens late (Dominos I believe) and an open mall type, also not too far of a drive to the Fairbanks airport. Super convenient.

Best hotel in Fairbanks

Bar was closed when we were there (it’s a weekday during the off season, don’t blame them) but other than that everything was perfect. Best place in town if you need a room.
