The condo was very nice, spacious. However, one bedroom and bathroom were not cleaned from previous guests. We called property manager. Housekeeping came within an hour. The noise from the bar across the street was louder and went on longer than we were lead to believe from the listing. When leaving, we couldn't find the trash bins. Great location, very secure building, convenient parking, comfortable accommodations.
Several of the French doors were either very difficult to open and very difficult to lock and close. When we arrive, the front doors in one of the bedrooms was partially open.The furniture in the living room is really not adequate for six people which is the amount that can stay in the unit. Thereâs really only five seat seats, including three on the couch so it really wasnât optimal for sitting in the evening to visit or in the morning to drink coffee together.Several of the blinds were broken or did not function properly.The bathroom for the two queen rooms had a broken door on the vanity.Overall, a nice unit, but definitely needs a little attention
This was hands down the most comfortable place weâve ever stayed. It was clean, convenient, and peaceful. Every time we return to Fairhope, we know where weâre staying!
We could not get the tv to work, even with the help from our contact person. The condo was beautiful. However, it said 6 people. There was barely seating for five. We werenât allowed to move the furniture, so only two people could watch tv the way it was set up. One of us finally figured out that the previous person unplugged major cables Also a chair would have been helpful, especially in the master bedroom.
The condo itself is great. Nice location, plenty of room. So we love the place. However, we did not have hot water until the 3rd day we were there. They came on the first night and checked it out. We could not take baths due to the hot water heater not properly working. They credited us for one night, which doesn't seem fair since we were on vacation and didn't have hot water until Wednesday. We arrived on a Monday afternoon. The master bedroom TV was not working either, but they replaced that on the 2nd night. So overall we love the place, but do not feel properly compensated for a lack of hot water. It really messed up our stay. They ended up replacing the tankless hot water heater on the 3rd day we were there. The nightly fees aren't that much, as we all know, it's all of the other fees. So 107 for a refund did not seem adequate.
We truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Fairhope. The Christmas decorations were beautiful & you couldnât ask for a better place to watch the Christmas parade than from the balcony of the condo. Plus the condo was within walkable blocks to a lot of really cute shops & delicious restaurants.
