Enjoy this charming 2 BR, 2 Bath cottage that a block from Fairhope Pier on Mobile Bay and two blocks from the charming restaurants, shops, and bars in the downtown area of Fairhope.
* Two Night Minimum Stay*

I don`t want to be in your way, but I am always nearby and can be reached at any time. Also, I own a charming clothing store nearby; stop in and say hello. If any issues arise during your stay, we have someone on the same street who can be there to help you out.

Close walk to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as the Mobile Bay.
- Check-out is before 10 am
(Cleaners arrive shortly after 10)

- Please take out all trash in home to garbage bin on the side of home before leaving. No parties or events are to be held at home. Additional fines will be made if caught in violation of policy.

- put used towels in the bins provided in each bathroom

- Any plans for bringing up to the 2 pet limit must be noted before booking.

- 2 pet limit (20 lbs. limit per pet)

*Any damages from pets will be taken out of the 150$ security deposit.

- Strictly no pets allowed on beds or furniture

- Please no rearranging of furniture in the cottage
